1. Purpose
These Terms govern access and use of PLOXX at ploxx.tv.
2. Access
The service is free, no signup required. An anonymous identifier and friend code are auto-generated.
3. Community charter
By using PLOXX, you agree to:
- Respect other users: no insults, harassment, discrimination.
- No illegal, hateful, unsolicited sexual content, or content involving minors.
- No bypassing moderation (multi-account after ban, etc.).
- No spam, unauthorized promotion, or malicious links.
Violations may result in immediate ban.
4. Moderation
Reports are processed by severity. Critical reports (minors in danger, illegal content) are prioritized and may be reported to authorities.
5. Premium service (coins)
PLOXX offers an optional coin system. Coins are consumed instantly upon activation. No refund after use, except as required by law.
6. Intellectual property
All site elements belong to PLOXX. User-generated content remains user property.
7. Liability
PLOXX provides the service "as is" without availability guarantee. We are not liable for other users' behavior.
8. Changes
PLOXX may modify these Terms. Major changes will be notified.
9. Governing law
French law. Disputes go to French courts.
