1. Purpose
These Terms govern access and use of PLOXX at ploxx.tv.
2. Access
The service is free and only for people aged 15 and over. You are asked your age before your first match or first social action; we only keep your age bracket. If you are under 15, matches, friends and private messages are closed to you. An anonymous identifier and friend code are auto-generated. An email account is optional.
3. Community charter
By using PLOXX, you agree to:
- Respect other users: no insults, harassment, discrimination.
- No illegal, hateful, unsolicited sexual content, or content involving minors.
- No bypassing moderation (multi-account after ban, etc.).
- No spam, unauthorized promotion, or malicious links.
Violations may result in immediate ban.
4. Moderation
We use automated tools, backed by human moderation:
- Texts (chat, private messages, world chat, HQ, bio, squad motto...): checked on our server by an automatic filter, and also by OpenAI's moderation tool when it is turned on. A refused message is not sent. From 3 refused messages within 5 minutes, your chat is muted for a while, from 45 seconds to 2 hours depending on repeat offenses. A message of distress is not blocked for that reason: we show you help numbers.
- Video: the picture is analyzed on your device, never on our servers. If sexual content is detected, the picture is blurred and a simple signal, with no image, is sent to us.
- Reports: you can report a player. When 3 different people report the same player within 24 hours, or when reports add up with video detections, that player is suspended automatically.
Reports are processed by severity. Critical reports (minors in danger, illegal content) are prioritized and may be reported to authorities.
5. Sanctions and appeals
- Mute: your chat is cut for a while, automatically (see above) or by a moderator.
- Suspension: its length grows with each repeat offense: 1 h, 10 h, 24 h, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, then permanent suspension.
- Lifting a suspension early: a temporary suspension can be lifted for 120 GLOW. This does not reset your repeat-offense count. A permanent suspension cannot be bought off.
Appealing a sanction: if you think it is a mistake, write for free to contact@ploxx.tv with the ID shown in the suspension window. A person from the team reads your request and can lift the sanction. You can also report illegal content to the same address, even without an account.
6. GLOW and PLOX
PLOX are earned by playing. GLOW are bought in euros, through PayPal on the website or Google Play in the Android app. They are used for cosmetic items and optional services. No refund after GLOW are used, except as required by law. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the matching GLOW are removed from the account. If they have already been spent, a debt appears on the account: it is paid back by the next GLOW received.
7. Intellectual property
All site elements belong to PLOXX. User-generated content remains user property.
8. Liability
PLOXX provides the service "as is" without availability guarantee. We are not liable for other users' behavior.
9. Changes
PLOXX may modify these Terms. Major changes will be notified.
10. Governing law
French law. Disputes go to French courts.
