These standards apply to PLOXX (the ploxx.tv website and the Android app), published by Rémi Beaumont, sole proprietor.
Zero tolerance
PLOXX strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE): sexual content involving a minor, soliciting a minor, grooming, sexual blackmail or extortion (sextortion), requesting or sharing intimate images, and any attempt to arrange a meeting with a minor for sexual purposes. These rules apply everywhere: video, chat, private messages, world chat, drawings and profiles.
Any violation leads to the permanent removal of the account and, where appropriate, a report to the authorities.
Minimum age
PLOXX is for people aged 15 and over. Age is asked before any interaction with other players, and someone who says they are under 15 cannot access interactions.
Reporting and blocking in the app
- A "Report" button is available during every match, in private messages, in the world chat and on published drawings. The reason "Inappropriate behavior toward a minor" is offered when reporting a match.
- A "Block" button is available on every profile.
- Reports involving a minor are handled first by moderation.
Child sexual abuse material
As soon as such content or behavior comes to our attention, we remove it, we ban the account involved and we keep the information needed for an investigation, within the limits set by law.
Cooperation with authorities
We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities: in France, the PHAROS platform of the Ministry of the Interior, and the NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children). We respond to requests from judicial and police authorities in accordance with the law, including French and European rules on protecting minors online.
